== Who can upload ==
Uploading requires the '''contributor''' role, not just a registered account. If you'd like to
upload scores or recordings, ask an admin to add your account to the <code>contributor</code>
group via <code>Special:UserRights</code>.

Registered users can still create and edit pages (composer/work pages, categories, etc.)
without this role — it only gates file uploads.

Uploads publish immediately — there's no pre-approval queue. Admins patrol
[[Special:RecentChanges]] after the fact and will follow up on anything that looks wrong
